• Once you have decided to place an order, you will be contacted via email requesting the specific details for your stone.  

• Once received, you will then be emailed 2D designs of how your choice of name/words/date will be positioned on a photo of the stone choosen for your memorial. 

• As this is a 'one to one' service, engraving will proceed only when you are completely happy with your design. 

• Your purchase will be ready for posting 10 days after approval of your design and I will email you to let you know the day that it has been posted.
